About Roger Land

​Roger Land is a debut poet and author of the new children’s rhyming story, Wee Tree’s Christmas Miracle.  Roger has worked in many occupations but has always maintained a passion for writing.  The idea for this book came as Roger passed by a Christmas tree lot to and from work.  As the number of trees got smaller each day, he wondered what it would be like to be the last tree left on the lot, and what the possibilities could be with a little bit of Christmas magic.

Shelley and Roger live on an acreage in southern Alberta, with their 5 cats.
